Apostle Vance L. Dash, Sr. is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is the establishmentarian of the Rhema Deliverance Cathedral where he currently serves as the senior pastor. Apostle Dash is presently the Chief Apostle and Presiding Prelate of Covenant Keepers Fellowship International, which is comprised of various churches throughout the United States, Africa, and India, for the purpose of covenant, fellowship, and covering.
