Apostle Vance L. Dash, Sr. is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is the establishmentarian of the Rhema Deliverance Cathedral where he currently serves as the senior pastor. Apostle Dash is presently the Presiding Prelate and Chief Apostle of Covenant Keepers Fellowship of Churches, Int’l, which is comprised of various churches throughout the United States, Africa and India, for the purpose of covenant, fellowship, and covering.
Apostle Dash is the most sought-after Preacher and he operates in the 5-fold ministry, with “A RELEVANT WORD OF RELEASE”. Apostle Dash displays selfless acts by sharing with the public the precious jewels that the Lord bestows upon him through written words. He is the author of several publications such as, but not limited to “THE ELIJAH PRINCIPAL” and its successor “THE ELISHA CONCEPT, “BREAKING GENERATIONAL CURSES”, “ISH AND ISHA” and his latest book writing endeavors “Favor in the Famine” and “Better, Not Bitter” of which he has traveled the country teaching and preaching for edification and equipping the body of Christ.

Vernell Smith- Dash was born to Charles Israel and Clara B. Smith. She was reared in a Christian home as the youngest of 4 children and attended the Disney A.M.E. Church. It was there that she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. During her teenage years she was a member of the Fire Baptized Holiness Church Choir which was under the guidance of Professor Johnny Thomson. Utilizing her gift of song afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States and vast European countries. As a young adult, Sis.Vernell Smith joined Bethel Holy Temple Church. She loved the Lord with all her heart and continued to sing and serve Him. However, she knew there was still more that needed to be done in her life, and as a result of her longing for the things of God, Sis. Vernell was filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. After receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, she remained a member of Bethel Holy Temple Church and during her tenure there she served in many capacities throughout the ministry. There was yet still more to be completed in the life of this woman of God. Sis.Vernell heard the voice of the Lord calling her to a greater work. She preached her trial sermon on December 31, 1988 and was soon ordained as Evangelist Vernell Smith. In order to enhance her ministry and her knowledge of the Holy Scriptures, she attended Citywide International Christian Training Institute Bible School as well as remaining under the trainings that were provided at her local assembly.
On January 4, 1996 Evangelist Vernell Smith was united in Holy matrimony to Bishop Vance L. Dash, Sr., Founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Deliverance Center. She immediately embraced his vision, and standing by his side she strived for the enhancement of the kingdom of God. Evangelist Dash is currently the Co-Pastor of Rhema Deliverance Center and continues to be a strong force in the ministry as well as the National organization Covenant Keepers Fellowship International previously known as Rhema Covenant Fellowship of Churches. Co-Pastor Vernell is a major support to Apostle Dash by not only assisting him in the task of being a Pastor, but also accepting the responsibility of overseeing the entire ministry, fellowship structure, and functionality of Rhema Deliverance Center/Cathedral. She strives to carry out the mission of Rhema Deliverance Center and impact the lives of the community and beyond. Evangelist Dash stands on the principle of Isaiah 61 – winning the lost at any cost. Evangelist Vernell Dash and Apostle Vance L. Dash, Sr. are the wonderful parents of three children and the proud grandparents of one grandchild.

Bishop Stephen L. Hamilton, ThD. D.D., Sr., was ordained in 1994 in the Bibleway Church of Our Lord; and Consecrated to Bishop in 2004 by Apostle Melvin Dunn; Apostle James Nelson Sr., Bishop George “Awesome” Dawson; and a College of 12 Bishops from various organizations.
Currently, he is Senior Pastor of Rhema Christian Church in Hempstead, Texas. Bishop Hamilton also serves as Assistant Presiding Prelate to Apostle Vance L. Dash, Covenant Keepers Fellowship International, and serves on the College of Bishops; under the leadership of Bishop Neil Ellis in the Global United Fellowship.
He is a highly sought after conference speaker; and operates in all five of the gifts given to the church of Christ. Bishop has a unique anointing; as well as a, strong prophetic and deliverance ministry.
In addition, he is a businessman that is President of Htech Professional Services; has owned a travel agency; bookstores, restaurants and car dealership. Bishop Hamilton has been Instrumental, in the birthing of many churches and ministries; in and throughout the United States and abroad. He’s hosted several radios and television broadcast; and authored several books. Additionally, he’s released two CD’s; which are currently selling worldwide. Bishop’s wife is Dr. Barbara Hamilton, and they’ve been married for over 28 years; and have three children; Latoya, Stephen and Joseph.
